"With out ZIRA no project management system"
What do you like best about Jira? This is entirely bug fixing tracking tool. For large-scale projects, we need JIRA for ticket and test script tracking purposes.

PROS: I am able to manage multiple projects thanks to Jira. It has a reliable platform through which you can track tickets as they come and assign them to individuals within a team.
