What do you like best about Jira? I have been using the tool for more than 3 years now. The tool is flexible, the easy user interface is easy to assign work to the team, ability to work on tickets with and without SLAs, gives a clear timeline of the projects.

One Platform To Manage Projects, Issues, and Bugs
PROS: JIRA excels in so many ways. It gives us with a centralized platform from where we can manage everything, including tasks, issues, bugs, stories, etc. The integration with BitBucket is also worth noting. The plugins and the very helpful community is a plus too.
