"The best ticketing service I've ever used in my life"
What do you like best about Jira? One of the things I like best about Jira is its ability to provide various views of tickets for tracking, from Kanban-style boards to traditional queue views, which helps our team stay organized. Additionally, it allows for a great deal of customization - we can automate ticket provisioning for analysts and personalize ticket workflows. To be honest, I'm grateful for programs like Jira as they have made my experience with workforce management so so much easier.

What do you like best about Jira? Jira gives us an application of record for all of the activity of developers, product managers, product owners and management. We created a template for all tasks in the lifecycle of a product and use that for every product we develop.

What do you like best about Jira? There are many things I love about Jira. The project management is very efficient, we are able to track and communicate related to the project in the platform itself. Different dashboard view gives a great visualization to analyze the data and other information. One place to document the findings related to our project work. This does increase productivity and stay focused and keep track of the work done! Multiple integrations are available with Jira.
