"Invaluable organizing tool for small to large marketing and sales departments"
What do you like best about Jira? As a project manager, I love the universality and customization available within Jira. By that, I mean I love how following standard Scrum best practices with scoring using story point estimates allows anyone to begin their experience within a Jira team project. Anyone can come to Jira with a lot of experience using a tool like it, or without any experience and I've been able to educate using standard best practices to make the system work best for everyone.

"It's a great tool"
What do you like best about Jira? It's a great tool with a lot of customization. It's very easy to create issues/bugs. It offers a lot of integration which makes it very useful and efficient. For example, an issue/bug can be created on Jira via Slack, getting notifications for mentions, status updates, etc.

"Jira keeps me Structured"
What do you like best about Jira? Jira keeps me organized. For the types of tickets I am assigned, things get redundant and it is easy to go back and view what has been done and look at my current workload.
