jira is a great service!
What do you like best? We use JIRA at our company for practically all internal and external services. For this reason, my favorite aspect of JIRA is that it is so versatile. Whether it be organizing fines tickets from patrons at the library, to organizing service tickets internally for the hardware we lend out on a daily basis, JIRA makes it so easy to assign issues to the correct team at our workplace and easily comment and resolve based on the status of the issue. Great project tool and good at tracking issues etc.
What do you like best? This is a great alternative to tools like Excel and Visio. Project management have been made easy with this Jira. Administration is easy and users do not need a lot of help with the software itself. We have a lot of users that find it nice to use with Confluence now. What do you dislike? Project management was never this much fun
What do you like best? With Jira you can designate tasks, have a scrum board, raise issues, fix bugs, design new features. It works really well with bitbucket and the users can report bugs.It has opened a new world of possibilities in software development management What do you dislike? Good product management software
What do you like best? The best thing about Jira is the ease of bug reporting and tracking. You can submit bugs in the software, rank based on priority, track the progress, comment, interact with the person responsible for fixing the bugs, etc. You can create stories and articles which may be useful for other users of the product and give and insight in future developments.
