An excellent way to manage your projects

What do you like best? It allows us to break our work down into small components that are easy to track the life cycle of. This makes it easy to know who is working on what, and where they are in that work. What do you dislike? Project management is complicated, and despite jira probably being the best product for it, it still manages to feel clunky at times. Recommendations to others considering the product: Jira has some idiosyncrasies that you have to understand through ...

Great Agile Development Tool

What do you like best? Great for true agile development project frameworks. What do you dislike? Has some limitations if what you'd like to see is a top down high level view of what's going on in a project. As an executive, I am not a fan of the estimate weight vs estimate hours that are used to size a task. I like knowing how long something is going to take in hours and seeing a more granular timeline when needed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...
