What do you like best? Great for organizing projects in any team. What do you dislike? Hard to get used to and the ease of use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we were able to organize projects per team and see the workflow of each project, as well as assign who each project belonged to.

Great way to track work
What do you like best? It’s very customisable, so you make the software work for you rather than you having to adapt to the software. What do you dislike? When you add customer fields to a task they are added to side view which makes them difficult to see. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Visualising project delivery so everyone is aware of a projects status and work in progress.

JIRA met the business needs but was not intuitive or user friendly
What do you like best? Ticket request form fields and set up is customizable to your team's needs and JIRA offers users a number of plug ins that will connect with other Atlassian tools, including Confluence (and coming soon they promise Trello). One can successfully get what they need accomplished, using tags, watching, and moving tickets. The customizable workflows are a great way to set the tool up for any work process and this helped us get up and running with our user request ...

What do you like best? Jira keeps my team organized and on-track. We're able to see what we have completed and any blockers for what we still need to complete. What do you dislike? It can be a bit difficult to configure. When you don't understand exactly what you're looking for from the software, it can be confusing to set up. Recommendations to others considering the product: Jira can be used for so many different purposes and has many different features. Understanding what ...

Helps to manage bugs and track them easily
What do you like best? Very user friendly UI which will help you track the bugs of your project. Complete bug life cycle can be seen, all history and commenting is saved which makes life easier for both developers and management. What do you dislike? It would be great if there is any alerting system inbuilt with jira. Also multiple or similar bugs can be posted easily, there should be some sanity check (text matching or context matching ) and prompt the user. What problems ...

Efficient and Effective Report and QA Tool
What do you like best? It is cost-effective for the function. A large project management system covering all aspects of product life cycle creation, testing and project management. A really exciting tool to work with when we pass from requirements collection to implementation through several steps the entire SDLC flow. What do you dislike? Sometimes, many bugs happen where JIRA is just starting to behave strangely, and you just need to shut the browser window off. Recommendations ...

Jira Confluence: Efficient and Effective way of project management
What do you like best? Jira is one of the most comprehensive platforms out there which has almost all the functionalities that are needed for any complex project management. My most used and favourite feature in Jira is "User tickets", a simple concept of Jira to manage my workflow and handle the dependencies of tasks. Moreover, the great thing here is I do not have to go with any 3rd party tools to generate the documentation reports such as SRS, SPMP project Risks plan etc. Ultimately, ...
