"Love Love Love"
What do you like best about Jiminny? It is beneficial to go back and listen to a call and have it transcribed. I use this feature weekly with my clients. What do you dislike about Jiminny? I haven't come across anything yet. If anything changes, I'll adjust my review. What problems is Jiminny solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping expectations and holding individuals accountable.

"Very helpful for learning from my team and improving my own calls"
What do you like best about Jiminny? The insights and organization of all the recordings are fantastic. I like being able to filter by the teams or specific colleagues. Everything is very user friendly. What do you dislike about Jiminny? The transcript is a bit wonky sometimes. It doesn't always get the words right or it will delay in switching over to the next speaker, which affects some of the insights and stats as well. The system was subscripted to in order to help improve and coach our staff, but actually it helped us improve onboarding and track conversations that were had over the course of the sales process and beyond What do you dislike about Jiminny?
