What do you like best about Jiminny? The fact it allows me to share difficult conversations with the team so that they can hear it for themselves rather than through my notes. What do you dislike about Jiminny? That the rest of the teams in the wider business dont use it! What problems is Jiminny solving and how is that benefiting you? Time spent on writing up notes & sharing the issues my clients are facing with the right people

"Love Love Love"

What do you like best about Jiminny? It is beneficial to go back and listen to a call and have it transcribed. I use this feature weekly with my clients. What do you dislike about Jiminny? I haven't come across anything yet. If anything changes, I'll adjust my review. What problems is Jiminny solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping expectations and holding individuals accountable.

The system was subscripted to in order to help improve and coach our staff, but actually it helped us improve onboarding and track conversations that were had over the course of the sales process and beyond What do you dislike about Jiminny? Search function, if not linked to a CRM, is a little frustrating - you have to use the find feature on your PC to retrieve the correct call - this only works for booked in calls not phone calls What problems is ...

Everything is very user friendly. What do you dislike about Jiminny? The transcript is a bit wonky sometimes.
