Jimdo? Può esserci alternativa per chi voglia creare un sito modellato sulle proprie esigenze? No! Sono una Jimdo-addicted da tempo immemorabile e la mia soddisfazione resta immutata, grazie anche al puntuale ed efficiente servizio di assistenza. La experiencia con Jimdo es para mí, maravillosa, como no hay otra igual.Me han tratado siempre muy bien, pero dieron la talla de forma excepcional ante el covid-19, dándome 3 meses para pagar mi factura anual, 3 meses adicionales: me vencía en mayo, y me dieron hasta agosto. Y aun así, en agosto no me había recuperado del todo, y me dieron 1 mes más de tregua. Eso fue para mí, grandioso. Super Kundensupport für Neulinge
Ich habe vor Kurzem meine erste Website über Jimdo erstellt und da ich absoluter Neuling auf diesem Gebiet bin, habe ich mich des Öfteren an den Kundenservice gewandt. Für mich ist der Kundensupport absolut top. Ich habe jedes Mal schnell eine Rückmeldung bekommen und man merkt, dass Menschen dahinter stecken, die sich im Thema auskennen. Sie haben immer verstanden, was ich meine und konnten meine Frage beantworten oder mir helfen das Problem zu lösen. Danke, Jimdo!

Edit due to Jimdo reply: this review was left AFTER reaching out to your support team. I have been told that even though you cannot provide evidence that I was sent a reminder email for a heads up to cancel I am still liable for the invoice due. I will be contacting consumer affairs tomorrow as I believe your (unfair) terms and conditions are a breach of Australian consumer law.
