Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. No effort from Jimdo to resolve issue why website hasn't been public for months. Same standard response, no phone Support. Simply cancelling our subscription because we complained. Would not recommend.

Seit 2016 ist das Jimdo-Team für mich da!
Seit Oktober 2016 habe ich meine Homepage bei Jimdo und bin hoch zufrieden. Welches Problem auch immer, es konnte gelöst werden. Die Mitarbeiter sind kompetent, hilfsbereit und freundlich und es ist ein so gutes Gefühl, als Laie so gut betreut zu werden. Einfach nur ein dickes Danke an das gesamte Team! Herzlichst, Dagmar

Dt. MwSt Senkung wurde nicht an Kunden weitergegeben; kurz zuvor wurde noch geworben: "Jimdo ist da und unterstützt Kleinunternehmer."Das Image ist: "Wir und unsere Kunden - ein Team".Am Ende reinste Abzocke - für jedes Extra wird saftig Geld verlangt. Ob zusätzliche Zahlungsmethoden oder Add-Ons in der Website. Es handelt sich nur noch um Drittanbieter wo nochmals zusätzlich abkassiert wird.Das Grundpaket scheint relativ günstig.Sobald ihr aber das eine oder andere Extra hinzubucht, zahlt ...
