A complete tool for screening
What do you like best? I feel that it has a good set of features for screening candidates, which is my primary role. What do you dislike? Could use a lot of improvement on UX. It can be hard to find what you want, and there aren't many shortcuts to help with common tasks. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Like any CRM tool, it helps me manage my workflow particularly for screening candidates.

Jazz HR is very effective
What do you like best? Integrated job postings with all of the free listings already incorporated at the click of a checkbox. What do you dislike? I wish the phone numbers displayed (000) 000-0000 or broken up in a way that makes them uniform and easier to read. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Jazz has helped to increase the applicant flow for my employer. Targeting ads through Jazz helps us to get the right types of candidates.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is easy to find the information you need. I can also make tasks that I can use to keep myself on track. There's also a feature where you can make interview templates. This helps me ask uniform questions to all applicants applying for the same position. What aspects are problematic or could work better? More intuitive action options for users would greatly improve experience
What do you like best? Auto emails through workflow stages - I love being able to action the next steps of the process for each candidate as I review them. I also like collecting data in the initial application to help with prioritizing applicants to screen; I was able to single-handedly review and manage 250 applications for a single position thanks to being able to filter candidates with answers to questions about experience and certain resume keywords to the top. What do you like best? Easy to get the hang of it and quite convenient as well. What do you dislike? It can sometimes have technical glitches and it's hard to search for candidates that are in a certain stage across different positions. Recommendations to others considering the product: It works! User friendly and customizable solution
What do you like best? I like that Jazz is always rolling out new features! What do you dislike? I would like the ability to view all the job details without having to click the "edit" button. Great ATS for Small/Medium sized business
What do you like best? Design and User Experience. They make everything you need to track or change done with very few clicks. What do you dislike? The downsides would be enterprise level reporting. Very easy to use and customize
