Top product at a fantastic price
Have been using Ivacy for 7 years. It is a good, fast and reliable product. The only error I could find was the fact a lifetime policy does not actually mean "lifetime". Very pleased to see on their website now that they advertise it correctly, and now simply state it is a greatly discounted 5 year plan. And for only $1 per month on the 5 year plan, I think it is extraordinary value. Can highly recommend.

As others have said, my 'lifetime' subscription expired after five years. I'll have a look at the agreement when I have a chance, but I'm not familiar with the Tech industry referring to lifetime as five years (I've spent the better part of my 'lifetime' in the tech industry and am thankful that it hasn't meant just five years...). James helped me out, had my account extended for four years, and am able to use the product again. I do appreciate the speed at which it was resolved.

Great service and support
I bought a lifetime subscription which has to be renewed every 5 years. Luckily when I talked to James it was renewed in minutes!

Fast & responsive
Was unable to setup Ivacy VPN manually, the support was very helpful. It turns out that I can't user my e-mail as login name. Glad it all works out.
