Assisted by James ASAP excellent response time, was unable to login as a paid subscription member and he was able to resolve the issue by resetting my password through email thank you.

bought a lifetime subscription which…
bought a lifetime subscription which has to be renewed every 5 years. Luckily when I talked to James it was renewed in minutes!

I have never heard of a “lifetime”…
I have never heard of a “lifetime” subscription ending after 5 years but apparently that’s what it is in the tech industry. Thankfully James was was able to extend my subscription free of charge.
