Fantastic VPN and excellent customer service!!
Been with Ivacy VPN for years after trying a few others that I had a nightmare with had small problem the other day and sorted out by their Customer Service department within 12 hours excellent.

I guess after five years the lifetime…
I guess after five years the lifetime subscription needed to be extended, and with a quick chat with life support from Aneketh I was quickly able to get my time extended. From a great price for a lifetime subscription, no issues with using the product, and having to reach out every five years to keep it going with someone helpful and efficient, all great here.

Lifetime Membership Rocks
I have been using multiple VPN, not only I found Ivacy is super easy to setup but it is one of the fastest. Recently I found my lifetime membership ran into some issues, I connected with the help agent James who kindly assisted me and resolve the issue in no time. I appreciate how James looked after me and happy with Ivacy service!

Customer support was helpful
Customer support was helpful Have a lifetime membership that expired and they helped me renew it for free seems it needs to be renewed every 5 years. Customer support rep James was very helpful and I was able to get it cleared up in 10mins
