5 years later and still great!
Been with them for 5 years now and I have been happy with their service. It's been a good experience overall and the connection is stable. I have managed to set it up for China although I have yet to test it but I'm not too worried as they have a good support staff ready to step in. People like Mason which to their credit they done a great job.

A good VPN with good assistance
I've been using Ivacy for several years now, I have lifetime access thanks to a stacksocial offer. In more than 5 years there have been rare occasions when I have needed assistance, lately my license has expired because in the tech world 'lifetime' is understood as 5 years. I opened a ticket and in a few minutes thanks to Mason my account was restored. An excellent VPN that lately has also increased the speed of connections, recommended

I've had ivacy as my VPN for 5 years and it has worked flawlessly. Been all over the world with i, even used it for streaming content. James was able to help me extend my subscription after the 5 year license expired.

Good VPN service and support
I've been a light user of the service for 5 years without any major issues. Recently I had to contact support (billing) and while my query was not solved via the ticketing system I was able to get a very quick resolution from the live chat. Mason resolved my problem quickly and efficiently.
