Great VPN in the US
Great VPN in the US. After five years, I never had any issues. I have a lifetime subscription I need to renew it every five years and James made that easy!

James is patient Tech Support
I have a difficulty log in my account. I shoot an email to Ivacy tech support. Then, I got an email asking me to come to chat window. James was helping me. He explained the issue and help me to get connected. He was patient as I am a little bit slow on my side. He didn't rush me but check on me with my status. Finally, with his help I was able to connect again.

Good VPN and support
I bought lifetime subscription and have been using Ivacy on and off for the last 5 years. At first, I had a lot of connection issues and slow speeds on both desktop and mobile so I didn't use them for a couple years. I started using Ivacy again because I needed a VPN and found that they've really improved since then. Had an issue - James took care of it quickly
I've had a good overall experience with Ivacy VPN, and I've been using it for years. Every so often I'll experience a slow down, but switching to a new connection usually clears this right up. I just had an issue with my account, but James was very helpful in getting that cleared up as well. Would recommend!

Awesome Tech Support
I initiated a chat through the website because I needed support on the product. I got through quickly and the agent was able to resolve the issue in very short order. Quick response too, it was easy to get the chat going.
