Helpful
I had trouble resetting my password and getting it to save. After going through some troubleshooting, we were able to work out a solution with a randomly-generated password sent via email. I appreciate the livechat feature very much for both expediency and friendliness. I also very much appreciate the patience. They were able to answer all of my questions quickly and in a way that was easy to understand. I thank them very much for their expedient help.

Ivacy works fast and reliable
Ivacy works fast and reliable, and in the rare cases an issue occurs, the support chat works very good to solve the problem directly.Compared with other services, the app offers a lot of useful features and is available for almost every operating system, For those not directly support, there are good tutorials on the website how to set up the VPN anyway!Good value for money on the normal price. If you have the luck to catch one of the frequent promos, it is even unbeatable.

I wasn't able to connect through the VPN due some firewall issues and this was corrected in a matter of minutes. Thanks guys!

The ONLY problem I've ever had wit ths…
The ONLY problem I've ever had wit ths srvc, iz whn (after) thy do an up-date, tha system took a LONNNNNNG time to recognize my accnt. Even after contacting thm, logging in-&-out, & re-booting..., it wuz an issue. I, bot tha 5-yr plan, cawz, it's a TOTAL, 'NO-brainer'!

Excellent customer service by Ivacy
I was having issues connecting to some severs. So I spoke to Oscar(customer support agent), and he was so helpful. I was able to solve the problem and get up and running again in minutes. Not a single bad thing to say about ivacy tbh I'm very happy :-)
