Great Supporting Team!
I had a problem starting the app, but the Supporting Team really took time to find a solution. They were very kind, polite and professional. I wish this kind of support would be standard on the internet. 6 Stars out of 5!

In addition to charging your card…
In addition to charging your card without authorization, they do not refund the purchase, and they still lie here on trustpilot saying it will resolve and show no sign of interest. Until today I expect a return email from "Valerie Evans" and nothing. Worst VPN company on the market. I will insist until I get the refund that is my right.

Reliability and Device diversity
I have been using Ivacy for streaming and browsing, from laptops, mobile phones tablets and more, and so far i have no complaints. Certain servers offer faster connections depending on the time of day, but that was to be expected anyways.Keep up the good work...

very good cost benefit
I have been using ivacy for their dedicated ip, had some small problems with it getting changed, but everyone there was so quick to fix it i cant complain, overall very good cost benefit
