Great low cost VPN
I've been using Ivacy VPN for 5 years now with windows, iphone and android and they also support linux and mac. I took a chance on it because I got a good price on it and never found a reason to stop using it. Available protocols are Automatic, TCP, UDP, IKEV, and recently they added WireGuard. Compared to more expensive VPN's it has fewer servers but it still has more than enough and the number of servers has never been a problem. In the last several years I've never had a problem with ...

I bought a lifetime subscription but…
I bought a lifetime subscription but saw in the app that there is an expiry. A week from the expiry I chatted with their agent to extend the access as I bought the lifetime, they extended it without question.

Good VPN service with excellent CS support
I've been using Ivacy since 2019. So far, I have no complaints and am satisfied. When I recently experienced an issue, Mason from the support department helped me remedy it in minutes. Please keep up the wonderful work, gentlemen.

All companies can benefit from this experience.
Mason did a great job answering all of my questions and fixing my issues very quickly. The customer service chat function was quick and easy to use and did not make me jump through hoops to talk to a real person
