Very helpful. got the main reason for contacting sorted within a minute. second problem was down to my internet provider not Ivacy.

I bought a lifetime subscription but…
I bought a lifetime subscription but saw in the app that there is an expiry. A week from the expiry I chatted with their agent to extend the access as I bought the lifetime, they extended it without question.

Good VPN service with excellent CS support

Mason did a great job answering all of my questions and fixing my issues very quickly. The customer service chat function was quick and easy to use and did not make me jump through hoops to talk to a real person
