Purchased in 2019 as lifetime subscription. Terms and conditions mentioned having to extend before the end of 5 years. Just extended again and was quick and painless. Talked with agent Mason who was able to extend my subscription asap without any pain VPN itself is decent - not as feature rich as ExpressVPN or Nord but for the price point does the job and is available on multiple platforms including Smart TVs.

Excellent Tech support via Live chat!
Contacted the company today because of connection issues ( my fault entirely). Had issues connecting to IVACY servers. Mason assisted me uninstalling and reinstalling the newer version. It was a seamless process. We were up and running in no time.
