Purchased in 2019 as lifetime subscription. Terms and conditions mentioned having to extend before the end of 5 years. Just extended again and was quick and painless. Talked with agent Mason who was able to extend my subscription asap without any pain VPN itself is decent - not as feature rich as ExpressVPN or Nord but for the price point does the job and is available on multiple platforms including Smart TVs.

Excellent Tech support via Live chat!
Contacted the company today because of connection issues ( my fault entirely). Had issues connecting to IVACY servers
Had issues connecting to IVACY servers. Mason assisted me uninstalling and reinstalling the newer version. It was a seamless process. We were up and running in no time.

Great low cost VPN
I've been using Ivacy VPN for 5 years now with windows, iphone and android and they also support linux and mac. I took a chance on it because I got a good price on it and never found a reason to stop using it. Available protocols are Automatic, TCP, UDP, IKEV, and recently they added WireGuard. Compared to more expensive VPN's it has fewer servers but it still has more than enough and the number of servers has never been a problem. In the last several years I've never had a problem with ...
