We are struggling with the VPN…
We are struggling with the VPN dedicated IP access for 3 days but we are unable to crack it then we have connected with agent James who fixed the issue for us to connect to our Data Warehouse System within no time.

Joined Ivacy 5 years ago and always a happy customer
I joined Ivacy 5 years ago and was a happy customer since then. I used it when I need VPN. And I was also able to config my router and QNAP NAS to connect with Ivacy VPN. Recently I found my "life time" membership expired and James was very helpful in the live chat and extended by Lifetime membership on the website. Would definitely recommend for anyone needs VPN, it's pretty good service.

Set up problem
Had a problem when I switched to Windows 11 but the online customer service agent very quickly sorted it out and all's well again. They even sorted out my Kali Linux and that is NOT an easy task, but full marks to Ivacy. Don't be put off by the fact they are one of the cheapest VPN providers, The product and the customer service are both top class.
