I have been using Ivacy VPN for 5 years. I was first attracted in using this service when I was in overseas where by certain services require VPN due to the restrictions in place. Using Ivacy is so easy and seamless especially it supports multi platform. Been using VPN mostly for my TV streaming like Nexflix, Disney+, Android TV etc. Definitely going to continue using Ivacy as it have not let me down and services top! My Lifetime Subscription to Ivacy VPN…
My Lifetime Subscription to Ivacy VPN has expired after five years. Reached out to Ivacy support and talked to James. He extended the subscription without any fuss. Great service! I'd give the full five stars. Thanks to James he was a great help and was very patient with me.

For some reason my account stopped working. I contacted James in detail over Live Chat and he fixed it straight away. I'm very happy!

This VPN does everything superbly
This VPN does everything a vpn needs to do. First and foremost it’s reliable, it always works fine. It has never been an issue with encryption, connection or bandwidth. It offers many different types of encryption and many features like split tunneling and secure download. I once had an issue with 5 year subscription (called lifetime) running out but James in customer service extended it for 5 more years for me. Cheers for that, props to James. Service works perfectly. Speed of the connection very satisfactory. No breakdowns over last 5 years. And very nice, professional and quick support. James solved issues in minutes... Highly recommended.

Excellent service from Ivacy
I took advantage of a three year deal with Ivacy (ending in 2025) and which I had been using for some time. Unfortunately during that three year deal my bank account paid another year to Ivacy, (my fault for not having cancelled the DD). I contacted Ivacy for a refund and they stated they would refund no problem but if I left it they would increase my registration to 2028, effectively getting another three years for the cost of 1 year. 5th year using Ivacy
5th year using Ivacy as of the time of this writing, and I would rate the Windows app 9.5 out of 10, there are occasional issues caused by a bug in updates or maintenance but customer service is LEGENDARY with both availability and following through, they're always on top of it. Linux support does need improvement as there's only PTPP (compromised encryption) and OpenVPN complicated on distros it works for, and broken for other distros (but that's not Ivacy's fault).
