Excellent customer service
James was very helpful resolving my latest issue, and every time I've had a problem, their customer service has been top notch in helping. As for the VPN itself. Seems OK. Much better to use it through the app than set it up manually. Much fewer dropoffs that way. Only wish it had a built-in kill switch.

Solid VPN for a good price.
Had a minor issue with my account status not showing correctly when I tried to add a new device to my account. James was able to assist via the Live chat and resolve my issues. Overall I've been using ivacy for a few years now and not had any issues. It has a nice range of locations and is usually a stable VPN option for my needs.

Ivacy gives you privacy!
Ivacy have always been a lowkey staple VPN provider whether it be via android or windows I've used their app to watch a variety of shows in different countries, this review however was based on the fast extension of my lifetime subscription from support helper James, he managed to fix it in less than 3 minutes! Great service as always
