A very easy VPN
Ivacy is a very easy VPN to use on my iPhone and iPad. I have had little difficulties using it in different countries and connecting to the USA. Recently there was an issue with my account but James easily resolved it and restored my access. Highly recommend this VPN

Billing Issues Resolved Instantly
My Lifetime plan showed that it had expired after using it for 5 years. I used the Live Chat service and was connected to Mason, who extended my Plan instantly. Appreciated the quick resolution.
