What do you like best about IT Glue? Connecting documents to resources in the configurations section makes troubleshooting easier and understanding an environment faster. Additionally, having a place to store so many different passwords for each client or tool/service is essential.

"Simplifies Documentation Immensely!!"
What do you like best about IT Glue? Integrations with RMM and PSA make linking items to each other a breeze. Love the document creation platform which makes it super simple to create and publish SOP docs. Going back to the first point, their related items feature is the bomb. Linking passwords to configurations, or switches to firewalls, you name it, it makes finding the information you need super simple!

What do you like best about IT Glue? It's a great way to store all of our important client documents and application documents all in one place so it makes the life of our technicians easier to find required information.

What do you like best about IT Glue? Simple to use, new poeple are easily trained. Export of Data is easy so you're not locked in and you can transfer to/from other MSPs on client changeover.
