What do you like best about IT Glue? IT Glue is very user friendly for both the client and the business that is using it. The documentation is easily available to print if needed, give the ease of catorgizing things that will make it easier to find later on. I also like the fact that it offers the intgerations with other programs that we use for MSP.

What do you like best about IT Glue? IT Glue is a very intuitive, comprehensive platform for documentation and credential management. The ability to link documents, information, configurations and credentials helps eliminate disparate and sprawled information that we observed in other systems

What do you like best about IT Glue? Connecting documents to resources in the configurations section makes troubleshooting easier and understanding an environment faster. Additionally, having a place to store so many different passwords for each client or tool/service is essential.
