What do you like best about IT Glue? I like the ability to link multiple items together to show relational information and quickly cross-reference documents and assets globally. As we work more within the platform I hope to be able to streamline workflow. Our concern is bringing it together with our current systems.

What do you like best about IT Glue? I like the ease of a password manager plus the IT Glue extension making it so that you don't need to keep switching tabs to access passwords.

What do you like best about IT Glue? Organisation and documentation is really good, the organistational layout makes writing documentation a breeze. The ability to share this with multiple people and have clear understanding is good

What do you like best about IT Glue? I personally really appreciate how easy it is to add related items to a particular item. This means that for a particular item or asset, off to the right, I can add related items. For example, for a given device, I can relate other devices connected to it, passwords related to the device, documentation that have been created for the device, etc. Since I can create an asset type for lots of different things, means that I can zoom in as close as I prefer ...

What do you like best about IT Glue? The amount of data we can capture on our clients and the organization of it all! What do you dislike about IT Glue?

What do you like best about IT Glue? IT Lumix, generating and managing customer documentation incredibly easy. From password management to RMM integrations, I wouldn't be surprised if many people use ITGlue is there homebase.

What do you like best about IT Glue? I enjoy the easy usability of this product. It feels very straight forward while having the available options of making it in depth and able to have lots of detail for future use.
