What do you like best about IT Glue? Simplicity! The UI is easy to follow and robust. Although there are TONS of features and even more integrations available, nothing is ever overwhelming or cumbersome. Easy-to-understand documentation and knowledgebase articles mean I never left frustrated or scratching my head. This ease-of-use and fluid design drives improved internal processes and ultimately a better service delivery for our customers.

What do you like best about IT Glue? I like the ability to link multiple items together to show relational information and quickly cross-reference documents and assets globally. As we work more within the platform I hope to be able to streamline workflow. Our concern is bringing it together with our current systems.
