Best e-Learning tool in the market!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? iSpring has been a really reliable tool to facilitate e-learning. Some of my favorite features are the evaluation (quizzes, exams, etc.) and certification functions. The software makes it easier for me to organize the outputs and track the performances of the trainees. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It would be better if there is no limit with the number of trainees that are simultaneously using the software. ...

iSpring is an eLearning game-changer

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? iSpring Learn LMS is probably the best eLearning tool out there! The "learning paths" feature facilitates interaction among users through the comments. It also has a really user-friendly interface which makes it easier for me to create new courses, conduct quizzes, and export reports. What aspects are problematic or could work better? If you were previously using a different e-learning tool, transferring materials to iSpring has to ...

Extremely helpful support staff!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? iSpring's customer service representatives are the best! We rarely have issues with iSpring because it's indeed a quality product, but when we do, it always gets fixed right away. Thanks to their support staff who patiently troubleshoots even the littlest things. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I had trouble editing audios from screen recordings because it doesn't have a noise reduction feature like when editing ...

The secret ingredient to an effective e-learning program

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I really love how smooth and convenient it is to import courses made in iSpring Suite to iSpring Learn LMS! That, and the software compatibility to various electronic devices, optimized my whole experience with the product. They have an exceptional team of customer support staff, as well! What aspects are problematic or could work better? It's really a minor issue (and maybe it's just me), but I don't like it that there's no option ...

Worth it!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The app is perfect for online classes, webinars, and forums. It's so easy to use. I don't have to spend so much time figuring out the app features, that's why I can focus more on developing my courses. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Copy-pasting content requires patience since the app doesn't allow copying multiple items. When copying lists, you have to copy the items one by one. What specific problems in your ...

An All-in-One e-Learning Essential

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The best part of this software is the tracking feature that allows me to monitor the progress of the trainees. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The "learning path" component doesn't have a timeline feature that allows trainers to plot target completion dates for the course. What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? We didn't have a comprehensive software that responds to our training ...

Simple to use, loaded with content

What do you like best? Can get up and running with a Course quickly. Very large content library to use for all Courses. What do you dislike? So far the biggest dislike is that you cannot choose more than one media piece at a time. For example, if I wanted to add numbers for bullet points, you have to manually pick the content one by one instead of having an option to choose multiple pieces of content at once. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

My iSpring experience has been a journey!

What do you like best? I like the basic LMS features. The admin interface is intuitive and easy to learn. The course production software iSpring Suite is really robust and correlate very will with the course presentation portion of the LMS - both in browser and apps. What do you dislike? I wish certain parts of the data structure were different. I want the content to be tied to the Department/Organization so it is practically possible to service multiple business units on the same ...

Very valued and user friendly

Recommendations to others considering the product: Give your self 3-6 months to learn how to use it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Teaching outlines for instructors and quizzes for students. Primary benefit is multimedia functions.

Value for Money

What do you like best? We have introduced online learning first time and iSpring does not require any training for course development, management and trainee. It is easy to use and can be deployed same day as they said it. What do you dislike? They do not have a course library from where we can add video tutorials, third party collaboration can help get short clips for courses Recommendations to others considering the product: Negotiate hard to reduce cost per user, only drawback ...
