The online assistance through the ChatBot option on the iSpring Website ensures immediate and to the point support on technical as well as functional questions. We recently experienced a problem activating the Content Library in iSpring Suite 9 and managed to resolve this with minimum effort. iSpring has really gone the extra mile to provide a professional service.

I'm really happy with iSpring the product as well as the support services. The product is very user friendly and easy to learn. The courses come out really nice. The support desk is wonderful. They always get back to me right away and provide a solution/guidance.

Extremely Happy with iSpring!
I have been very pleased with iSpring Suite. It does take a little playing around to start to get the full benefit of the program, but it is worth the time. In addition, they have great videos and a fantastic support staff! I made a few really great training programs for a few of my clients. they have been very pleased with the customized training.

I find it very user friendly and intuitive. A normal power point user can create e-course with no prior learning.

Amazing software
Amazing software. If you know your powerpoint well, this is the software for you. The support is amazing. The feature set is very good and I have not faced any problems so far. It is expensive, but absolutely valuable. Worth every penny! Go for it!
