iSpring is an excellent authoring platform...
iSpring is an excellent authoring platform, easy enough for entry-level but has capability for sophisticated e-learning courses, too. I really appreciate iSpring Cloud to upload courses and review them before posting to our LMS. Their customer support is superb - so easy to contact via chat and available 24/7! They always help me with questions and resolutions.

Awesome Suite of Products !
As always, technical support was awesome! Staff is quick to respond and send helpful links or videos that are useful references going forward. I've been using iSpring software for almost 12 years, despite having the opportunity to switch to other tools, but I stick with iSpring. Tool interfaces are strong, robust and they have actually implemented several suggestions I provided over the years as new features.

Superior products, excellent customer service
We are using iSpring's file converter and also iSpring Cloud. Both couldn't be easier to use! We make interactive slideshows using powerpoint and then just by uploading to the Cloud, the files are converted into shareable files that we can password protect. The staff has been super in terms of answering questions, chatting, trouble shooting for us. Highly recommend.

Really Intelligent tool
Really Intelligent tool, very easy to use and in my opinion very hard to compete with and very good customer services.The downside is that you have to pay on one installment. I think monthly subscriptions will make it number one choice for 90% of the users.

I have had the need to ask for quite a lot of help with my project and have had nothing but amazing support from all of the tech support team.Always willing to spend time and try and find solutions to every problem.
