Quiz feedback help

Quiz feedback help Thanks Kate for helping correct an issue and directing me on how to remove the checkmark on the quiz as each response is submitted. I was not able to find it in the support guide for QuizMaker. It was a quick fix but a little frustrating to find. This change is in both the properties and player sections of QuizMaker.

I had some trouble using Ipsring Quiz…

I had some trouble using Ipsring Quiz maker. Also, Iam not a English native speaker. So It was hard to explain my situation to Engineer, Helen. But she listened to my situation carefully and help me to find a way to solve the problem. I was worried about making all quiz again, but she save me. Thanks for her helping me.

Awesome Tech Support Guys!

Needed to create a quiz and send the link out so people could take the quiz. I experienced a lot of challenges until I stumbled upon a page where this agent called Hellen popped up. I thought it was an add initially but I noticed it was an agent, I sent my complaint and she told me just what to do. I did it and it worked. BTW, I went offline and when I returned Hellen was not there, but this other agent called Kate stood by to guide me too. She was very helpful as well. I'm just so excited ...

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had a problem with my course when trying to publish it, I texted customer service and Tina was a great help today. Not only did she solved my problem, but she was really patient and tried her best in order for me to get the best support she could offer. I am happy with this use of ispring suite but it is all thanks to Tina from tech support!!
