iSpring support was fantastic! They were very quick to respond, which is so helpful when there is something going on with your file. They helped me troubleshoot the way I was publishing the file to ensure the training would complete automatically in our LMS. I needed help and got it very quickly…

I needed help and got it very quickly directly through the chat. This is the quickest way, I tried submitting questions through the website and they went into ether. But the chat goes directly, and Kasey was onto it, got the issue and helped me to solution within five minutes.
