iSpring support was fantastic! They were very quick to respond, which is so helpful when there is something going on with your file. They helped me troubleshoot the way I was publishing the file to ensure the training would complete automatically in our LMS. Precise screen shots depicted exactly what needed to be done to correct my problem! Thanks so much!

iSpring is such a great option
iSpring is such a great option to having an LMS. I have my own business and really appreciate not only the cost, but also the ease in adding and modifying the learning modules!

I needed help and got it very quickly…
I needed help and got it very quickly directly through the chat. This is the quickest way, I tried submitting questions through the website and they went into ether. But the chat goes directly, and Kasey was onto it, got the issue and helped me to solution within five minutes.

Excellent online chat support
I have repeatedly received excellent online chat support from iSuite. Their agents are always immediately available, and are incredibly informative and helpful every time. Today in particular, my agent Kasey helped me and the support was excellent.
