(Rapid) support - just like their development suite

I have been a long-term user of Ispring (as well as other rapid development tools). On each occasion, I have required technical support, which is rare as the suite is so intuitive, Ispring support has always been rapid (like their development tools) in responding to me, and sorted out any development issue I may have had.

Looking for a new LMS platform

My organization is in the market for a new LMS platform, so I went to iSpring's website to do some investigating and had the best experience. Tina was quick to respond when I started a chat, and gave me tons of information, as well as, a free trial period to help me make a decision. It was so nice not to have to wait on a sales rep to get back to me to start the discussion/decision process! Thanks for making everything so easy :)
