"IRIS Customer Service is Excellent"
What do you like best about IRIS CRM? Mohamad has been incredibly helpful in all of my mapping issues and will jump on a meeting with me, share the screen to show me what is happening in the background as well as explaining "logic" formulas to me. The customer service at IRIS has always been great, if I ask a question one person does not know or specialize in, they will get me to the right specialist.

"A cloud-based incredible software."
What do you like best about IRIS CRM? IRIS CRM is a tool for business management and is a cloud-based solution. We recently switched from other software to this and we have no regret. Since we can perform all the functions from the management of tasks to customers so well with it. Email marketing is another edge of using it. What do you like best about IRIS CRM? We recently switched to the IRIS CRM from Salesforce and the migration was seamless plus we had top notch support every step of the way. As and administrator the back end setup and management is a breeze, very easy to learn, understand and customize. "I am very happy with IRIS CRM"
What do you like best about IRIS CRM? While IRIS has exceptional functionality and integrations, I think that even more valuable to me is the level of customer service being top notch. Luis, Mohamad, Linda, David are all great to name a few.

"Customer Service Support Hands down the best!"
What do you like best about IRIS CRM? Whether it's a quick question or something a little more complex, IRIS always is there to respond whether via chat or phone. Luis is phenomenal when walking you through a solution step by step. He takes his time to ensure you have resolved your issue successfully. Luis helps to make IRIS a great CRM.
