What do you like best about ipSCAPE? I can quickly see the pause reasons for everyone on the production floor. Also, I can immediately listen to calls for evaluating agents's performance on their calls. What do you dislike about ipSCAPE? There are times that it is slow and will keep on loading. What do you like best about ipSCAPE? This is #1 tool that we used for taking calls for our customer and it's easy to navigate! What do you dislike about ipSCAPE? What i dislike is there is no video camera on it. What problems is ipSCAPE solving and how is that benefiting you? If there is a technical problem we can change our post to technical problem so that we don't receive any calls from our customer when we encountered an error.
