What do you like best about ipSCAPE? It is very helpful since we can able to see the queue and the time on how long we are speaking with the customer What do you dislike about ipSCAPE? It is quite least helpful because of some error being encounter and the latency we have experience What problems is ipSCAPE solving and how is that benefiting you? Nor,ally it helps the business solving the problem by monitoring the number of agents who are on queue and how long with be our talktime

What do you like best about ipSCAPE? It's straightforward to navigate and very useful to a consumer and business. What do you dislike about ipSCAPE? Sometimes it has delay but still manageable. What problems is ipSCAPE solving and how is that benefiting you? The problem that customer has with their credit information is that whenever they contact us, we use ipSCAPe, and by communicating with them, we help them in resolving their questions also it benefits me as I help them and I have a job.

What do you like best about ipSCAPE? It helps me to manage my wrap time to have a lower AHT. What do you dislike about ipSCAPE? I dislike about it is sometimes im encountering an error. "Useful IpScape"

What do you like best about ipSCAPE? It's very helpful because IpScape shows if our breaks and lunch are over, so we can be aware. It also helps us to lower our call handling time because we have visibility on how many minutes we are on call. What do you dislike about ipSCAPE? What do you like best about ipSCAPE? Easy to log in, and it's accessible using smart phone. What do you dislike about ipSCAPE? The API issue sometime. But it is rare . What problems is ipSCAPE solving and how is that benefiting you? Nothing in particular, in my experience it's running smoothly.

What do you like best about ipSCAPE? the accessibility of the ipscape how to locate calls for review. What do you dislike about ipSCAPE? some of the calls are not captured when system error happen What problems is ipSCAPE solving and how is that benefiting you? System Error , some calls will not be captured in or link to avaya even you are talking. and sometime even you log in on time you will still captured late.
