Excellent experience
I have had a chance to deal with inventory source team for some time before I move to a different e-commerce platform. my experience with them was excellent. there were able to provide me all the answers and help I needed in a short time and they were available to listen to me all the time. If I get another opportunity to deal with them again for sure I will go for it without any hesitation. Also, I highly recommend them to the others.

I'm a new user, but so far I have been impressed with it overall. Admittedly, the live chat feature is lacking but it's still a good program if you know how to use it

Terrible
Terrible! Had issues with syncing products and services but no take weeks to respond. Tried multiple times but I keep getting email repeating the same thing with no help. Canceled!

Inventory Source ruined my business and pays for positive reviews
Inventory Source was not at all helpful in setting me my account initially. I figured it out, but ended up syncing a bunch of products to my Shopify store that I didn’t want to carry. My payment processor noticed immediately and cancelled my account because they won’t cover health and body products. This caused my fees to go up so significantly that I had to shut down the business. Be VERY careful If you choose to deal With these people. Do not trust the positive reviews: the Company is ...

I've found everyone at inventory source…
I've found everyone at inventory source to be very diligent. Email response is not instantaneous but it has been sufficient and they have shown themselves to genuinely care about getting it right. They've tackled some pretty daunting tasks for us over the years, and have delivered more than was promised. Now, if only Amazon and Facebook were so easy to work with. Fat chance.
