I've been a customer for a couple of months now. The overall service provided is great, however, I didn't give it 5 Stars because of the category mapping. I would love to see an improvement with that. It just doesn't seem to work effectively. I have to manually go into my ecommerce site and make the category changes there. But once I add new items to the store, it doesn't seem to sync to the new categories. The chat was pretty off as well. It never seemed as though anyone was available, ...

Amazing Tool
It comes down to this... Do you want to save time and money? If so then you need to automate the largest parts of your business and tha is exactly what inventorysource does. If it wasn’t for inventory source I would still not have my store launched.

Excellent experience
I have had a chance to deal with inventory source team for some time before I move to a different e-commerce platform. my experience with them was excellent. there were able to provide me all the answers and help I needed in a short time and they were available to listen to me all the time. If I get another opportunity to deal with them again for sure I will go for it without any hesitation. Also, I highly recommend them to the others.
