Once you get the syncing down (basically make sure to sync before editing a file if you're using more than one device) it works like a charm.

Agne who answered me below actually managed to fix the issue for me. I wish the customer service were that helpful. If they can adopt her approach they would be excellent! 4.75 stars from until some customer service reform takes place.

Without a doubt they are foreward thinkers.
