"So far I have had a great experience with Intercom, Intercom Academy, and my Account Manager."

What do you like best about Intercom? There's a lot we can do in intercom, and coming onboard I was able to use Intercom Academy to get up-to-speed on how to use the platform, and just through that help make my team more efficient.

What do you like best about Intercom? We currently use Intercom to quickly communicate with prospects, customers and end users, and it has given us no problems so far. If the user interface is intuitive, it makes it very easy to use. I love the chatbots that are ridiculously easy to implement to manage conversations. It helps us maintain good synchronization internally among members of the organization and with customers.
