What do you like best about Intercom? We have been using Intercom since day one to help provide the best 24/7 client chat support on the market. Not only do we use the chat functionality to correspond with our clients, but we also use the reporting and metrics features to help understand our client's usage and trends. Our clients can also rate our level of support directly in the platform which helps us evaluate our team and focus on continuous improvement.

"Easy user experience"
What do you like best about Intercom? Easy interface, the chats were well organized and it was clear if it was you or the client speaking as they popped up on opposite sides of the screen, location was visible (although not always accurate if client had VPN) but was still very useful. Snoozing chats were an amazing factor as well.
