What do you like best about Intercom? I have used a number of different chat platforms and services. Intercom is the simplest, and most modern I have used and feels like a messaging app rather than a corporate chat platform. It has many features that other platforms have such as macros and automated tagging, but it allows for addition features such as built in articles and GIFs that most customers love.
