What do you like best about Intercom? I like how easy the intercom platform is to use once you get the hang of it. There are many different add ons that are very helpful for taking care of our clients and marketing purposes, and it's very easy to communicate with clients and coworkers alike.

"Best of breed tool for Saas, with a few irritating quirks"
What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom makes communicating with users in real time dramatically easier. Moving beyond having email triggers and being able to engage with users right inside an app is extremely valuable and has lead directly to increase revenue, greater customer satisfaction and lower churn.

"Fantastic platform, but a bit pricey if you need more features"
What do you like best about Intercom? Being able to communicate quickly and easily with our customers and visitors. I also like the ability to use campaigns so you can tailor what messages are sent and to which customers. There is so much power to Intercom that it really makes a differences.

What do you like best about Intercom? We LOVE Intercom and use it constantly. We run automated emails, on-site messaging and customer lifecycle message through Intercom. Great asset to our company.

What do you like best about Intercom? Nothing at all, they have the worst product ever. I will move away from them the moment I will implement my new system. Just stay away

What do you like best about Intercom? It is a simple program, it meets the minimum requirements in terms of support, chat automation and allows me to maintain proper communication with my customers. I have used it in different devices without any problem.

What do you like best about Intercom? Being able to communicate with and help our users in a matter of moments. The live chat and the help article functionality are the best! From a customer service and support point of view, I wouldn't recommend using anything other than Intercom

What do you like best about Intercom? I love that you are able to create a chatbot that easily integrates with any CRM tool. With the chatbot, it takes a lot of the busy work out and makes it easy to direct customers to the right places and answers those questions for you.
