What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom is great for that purpose at recognizing existing users, their data, and activity, helps you easily navigate and manage the HelpCenter articles, tag team members, manage conversations across team members. The interface is also very intuitive and has all of the action items and data readily available and on hand. Their AI is also very good at suggesting responses and help resources.
