What do you like best about Intercom? So much customization available! And Intercom makes it easy to work as a team effectively. I love the ability to tag everything, insert a help doc right into the conversation, being able to use emojis!

What do you like best about Intercom? The best thing about Intercom is that everything you need is at hand. In-depth details about the customer, where they come from, details about their last conversations, articles and so on. Saved replies and articles are easy to use and super helpful. The platform is beautiful and very easy to use.
