There are many different ways to communicate effectively with our customers - automated personalized series and messages, product tours and knowledge center. Also, the customer support of Intercom is always so helpful.

Intercom is a user-friendly and versatile tool

PROS: Intercom creates avenues to tap on clients at various times in different ways. We can use its in-app messaging system to contact our clients on the app itself or on the back-end. CONS: Content-sharing between workspaces may be an area for improvement. It would be helpful, for instance, if multinational companies that may want or need to set up several workspaces have the option to share articles with each other.

"Reviewing Intercom"

What do you like best about Intercom? Among all the chatting platforms, I really like Intercom, because its platform is really complete. What makes it unique is that you can integrate intercom with many other apps and the chat provides really useful options like using macros, tagging conversations which helps a lot in tracking common trends, etc. Also, it saves a lot of time by using the bot which gathers the most basic information that we need in order to investigate the issue.

What do you like best about Intercom? I love how simple Intercom is, but at the same time If you wanted to do more complex things you could do so such as the Product Tour and the Bots you can set up with it for better conversion/lead capture, etc.
