"Good experience. UI is intuitive although there is scope for improvement."

What do you like best about Intercom? Easy to use and intuitive UI. Some reports that are generated are helpful. Conversation rating is one of the metrics that we use to understand the quality of the conversation. The resolution bot is a cool feature and can be leveraged for automating as many queries as we can.

What do you like best about Intercom? I love the ability to tailor inbound flows, outbound flows, and automation. The new series tool is great (although it is easy to see it is still very new and therefore lacking more mature features).

What do you like best about Intercom? I only started using Intercom a few weeks ago. It was easy to navigate and pick up on. I've wrote into their support once and they were quick to reply and very friendly. Overall it's been a great platform for our team to communicate with our customers efficiently.
