What do you like best about Intercom? The user interface and the customer support Intercom has. Intercom features help us to connect with our users and Intercom is really faster. The customizable toolbar on the right actually helps me a lot. I love that feature.

"Intercom is a one stop shop for Customer support reps, especially in the start up realm."
What do you like best about Intercom? The ability to automate the bot, the ability to search past conversations for problems that were previously solved, and the Intercom support team is thorough even though they take their time (which I commend)
