What do you like best about Intercom? The tools we have to interact with the client, such as articles, bots and especially the inbox automations, which I take care of, but it leaves something to be desired for the tools and operation as it seems to be limited to the other tools that it has at Intercom.

"Intercom: The Industry-Standard for a Reason!"

What do you like best about Intercom? Easy to use, thoughtfully designed for both customers AND support agents. The macro feature is incredible and very powerful, and the ability to create bots to help direct the flow is unparalleled in other systems I've seen. It's highly extensible, with a huge variety of apps and a comprehensive API.
